7 Brew now has a detailed official nutrition guide covering standard drinks by size and preparation. The current guide is 54 pages and was last updated in June 2026, with information on calories, carbohydrates, sugar, fat, sodium, protein, caffeine and major allergens.
This matters because many older 7 Brew nutrition pages still rely on broad menu ranges or estimates that no longer match the newer official data.
Last researched: September 22, 2026
Important: the figures below apply to 7 Brew’s standard formulations. Changing the milk, sweetness, flavor, toppings or other ingredients can change the final nutrition values. 7 Brew also notes that regional ingredients, supplier changes and preparation differences can create variation between stands.
7 Brew Nutrition at a Glance
Here are examples from the official June 2026 guide to show how much nutrition can vary between drink categories.
| Drink | Standard Serving | Calories | Sugar | Protein | Caffeine |
| Green Tea | Medium Iced | 0 | 0 g | 0 g | 60 mg |
| Cold Brew | Medium Iced | 20 | 0 g | 1 g | 268 mg |
| Sugar-Free Ocean Breeze 7 Energy | Medium Iced | 5 | 0 g | 0 g | 105 mg |
| Lemonade | Medium Iced | 200 | 49 g | 0 g | 0 mg |
| Ocean Breeze 7 Energy | Medium Iced | 240 | 58 g | 0 g | 105 mg |
| Blondie Breve | Medium Iced | 480 | 38 g | 8 g | 120 mg |
| Strawberry Smoothie | Medium | 460 | 98 g | 3 g | 0 mg |
| Birthday Cake Shake | Medium | 600 | 108 g | 10 g | 0 mg |
The values come directly from the current nutrition guide.
The important takeaway is that there is no useful single answer to “How many calories are in a 7 Brew drink?” A plain tea or coffee can contain very little, while a milk-based, frozen or dessert-style drink can contain several hundred calories.
7 Brew Blondie Nutrition Facts
The Blondie is one of the most searched drinks for 7 Brew nutrition, and the newer official numbers are noticeably different from several older online estimates.
For the standard iced Blondie Breve, the official guide lists:
| Size | Calories | Sugar | Protein | Caffeine |
| Small | 280 | 20 g | 5 g | 120 mg |
| Medium | 480 | 38 g | 8 g | 120 mg |
| Large | 560 | 39 g | 10 g | 240 mg |
Preparation matters as well. A medium Blondie is listed at 480 calories iced, 610 calories hot and 530 calories as a Frozen Chiller.

Does Sugar-Free Mean Calorie-Free at 7 Brew?
No.
7 Brew offers sugar-free flavors, and the company says all of its 7 Originals can be made with sugar-free flavors.
But replacing a regular flavor with a sugar-free flavor does not automatically remove calories from milk, breve, sauces or other ingredients.

A useful example is the Blondie:
| Medium Iced | Regular | Sugar-Free |
| Calories | 480 | 400 |
| Carbohydrates | 44 g | 28 g |
| Sugar | 38 g | 6 g |
| Fat | 26 g | 26 g |
| Protein | 8 g | 8 g |
| Caffeine | 120 mg | 120 mg |
So a sugar-free Blondie cuts a substantial amount of sugar, but the standard sugar-free build is still a calorie-containing milk-based drink.
The contrast is much larger with some non-dairy-based categories. A medium iced Ocean Breeze 7 Energy is listed at 240 calories and 58 g of sugar, while the sugar-free version is 5 calories and 0 g of sugar. Both list 105 mg of caffeine.

7 Brew Coffee Calories
Coffee can sit at either end of the calorie range depending on what goes into it.
A medium iced Cold Brew is listed at just 20 calories, 0 g sugar and 268 mg caffeine.
By comparison, a medium iced Breve contains 400 calories, largely because of its richer dairy base.
That is why the base drink matters just as much as the flavor name.
When comparing drinks in our 7 Classics section, check both the preparation method and size rather than assuming every coffee drink is nutritionally similar.
7 Energy Nutrition
7 Energy comes in Original and Sugar-Free versions, and 7 Brew confirms that the category can be customized with flavors.

For Ocean Breeze served iced:
| Size | Regular Calories | Regular Sugar | SF Calories | SF Sugar | Caffeine |
| Small | 180 | 45 g | 0 | 0 g | 67 mg |
| Medium | 240 | 58 g | 5 | 0 g | 105 mg |
| Large | 360 | 91 g | 10 | 0 g | 133 mg |
This is one category where choosing the sugar-free base can change the nutrition profile dramatically.
Tea, Fizz, Chai and Matcha Nutrition
Plain tea can be one of the simplest options on the menu.
The official guide lists a medium iced Green Tea at 0 calories and 0 g sugar, with approximately 60 mg of caffeine.
Once flavors are added, the numbers can change significantly. A medium iced Georgia Peach Green Tea, for example, is listed at 170 calories and 42 g sugar.
The same principle applies to Fizz: the plain base can be extremely low in calories, while flavored regular versions can contain much more sugar.
You can explore these drink families in our Fizz Soda and Teas, Chai & Matcha guides.
Lemonade, Smoothie and Shake Calories
These categories are worth checking carefully because similarly sized drinks can have very different nutrition profiles.
A medium iced standard Lemonade is listed at:
200 calories, 51 g carbohydrates, 49 g sugar and 0 mg caffeine.
A medium Strawberry Smoothie is:
460 calories and 98 g sugar.
A medium Birthday Cake Shake is:
600 calories and 108 g sugar.
See our dedicated Lemonade, Smoothie and Shake guides before ordering if you want details on a specific drink.
How Toppings and Drizzles Change 7 Brew Calories
A base drink is only part of the final order.
The official nutrition guide provides separate numbers for several common additions:

| Addition | Calories | Sugar |
| Cold Foam | 15 | 1 g |
| Whipped Cream | 15 | 2 g |
| Cream, 1 oz | 40 | 1 g |
| Caramel Drizzle, 1 oz | 130 | 22 g |
| Dark Chocolate Drizzle, 1 oz | 100 | 23 g |
| White Chocolate Drizzle, 1 oz | 110 | 23 g |
| Sugar-Free Caramel Drizzle, 1 oz | 80 | 0 g |
| Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Drizzle, 1 oz | 70 | 0 g |
| Sugar-Free White Chocolate Drizzle, 1 oz | 80 | 0 g |
This is why two drinks with the same base can finish with different calorie and sugar totals.
What Happens When You Customize a Drink?
7 Brew allows customers to change sweetness, choose sugar-free flavors, use oat, almond or coconut milk, add toppings and add drizzles.
The official nutrition guide specifically warns that customizations such as changing milk, sweetness or flavor additions alter the nutritional content.
That means an exact number for a highly customized drink should not automatically be calculated from the standard drink row.
For example:
Medium iced Blondie + oat milk + half sweetness + sugar-free caramel + cold foam
may not have an officially published combined nutrition total.
When 7 Brew has not published the exact formulation, the most accurate answer is:
Exact nutrition for this custom build has not been verified.
That is preferable to giving you a precise-looking estimate that may be wrong.
7 Brew Allergen Information
The June 2026 guide includes allergen information based on 7 Brew’s standard formulations and ingredient supplier information.
The company also warns that ingredients can contact shared equipment, utensils and preparation areas, so it cannot guarantee that products are completely free of allergens.
Milk appears frequently in coffee drinks, smoothies, shakes and toppings. Soy is also listed for some sugar-free products and toppings.
For example, the standard iced Blondie is marked as containing milk, while the sugar-free iced Blondie is marked as containing milk and soy.
If you have a serious food allergy, 7 Brew recommends speaking with a Brewista; its support information says allergen charts are available at stands.
A Known Issue in the Official Nutrition Guide
One number deserves special attention.
The official June 2026 PDF lists the caffeine content for a Medium Iced Americano as 9 mg.
On the same table:
- Kids Iced Americano: 60 mg
- Small Iced Americano: 120 mg
- Medium Iced Americano: 9 mg
- Large Iced Americano: 240 mg
- Medium Hot Americano: 180 mg
The 9 mg value looks anomalous, and other independent sites have interpreted it as a typo. However, we have not found an official correction from 7 Brew confirming what the number should be.
For that reason, we do not replace it with a guessed value.
Status: Officially listed as 9 mg; potentially erroneous; corrected value unverified.
Why You May See Different 7 Brew Nutrition Numbers Online
There are three main reasons.
First, older sites often relied on broad calorie ranges from earlier 7 Brew menus rather than item-level nutrition.
Second, preparation matters. Hot, iced and Frozen Chiller versions of the same drink can have very different totals.
Third, 7 Brew drinks are highly customizable.
This explains why you might see a medium Blondie listed around 350 calories on one website and 480 calories here. Our 480-calorie figure comes from the official June 2026 standard iced Blondie row.
What About Secret Menu Nutrition?
Secret and heavily customized drinks are more complicated because the official guide is structured around standard formulations.
If you’re ordering something from our 7 Brew Secret Menu, start by identifying its base drink and then check whether that exact finished combination appears in the official nutrition guide.
If it does not, treat any calculated total as an estimate rather than an official nutrition fact.
Where Can I Find the Official 7 Brew Nutrition PDF?
As of September 22, 2026, 7 Brew’s official nutrition URL provides a 54-page Nutrition Guide last updated June 2026.
Interestingly, 7 Brew’s support page still says that a nutritional document is not currently available online, creating a conflict between two official sources.
For current published numbers, we use the live official Nutrition Guide itself as the primary source.
