Using the app to order
At supported stands, the app also allows ordering ahead, so you can skip straight to pickup. Availability depends on the stand.
Common issues
If points are missing after a purchase, check that the order was placed through the app or scanned at the window — points don’t apply retroactively to orders paid without the app. For persistent login or verification issues, use the support option inside the app.
